I think all companies can benefit from VoIP, regardless of their size! We made the switch a few years ago and we are finding it really beneficial! We use a company called SYNETY ( https://www.synety.com/ ), I'd definitely recommend them

Make sure you check out the details :)
Such as, if your company only has one line with call waiting and voicemail; don't think you can get this system and have the same service. If you only have one line, it appears the system will only allow that one connection. If you have a second caller (at the same time as the first), the system will present the 2nd call with a busy tone; no call waiting and no voicemail. It appears you always need to have one more line free than what is in use to allow your caller into the system to leave a voicemail and/or to even know they are calling. Plus, if you use routing back out to virtual numbers... you'll need another line for that. Not sure what happens if the call is routed out to a virtual phone number, does it free up the first line or act as a bridge holding both lines in use. Plan on paying for at least 2-3 lines to get the same service with your phone company. REALLY - a busy tone. One step forward... two steps back :(
