You can using iTunes to Transfer Contacts from an iPhone:
1.On your computer, launch iTunes
2.Connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB cable
3.In iTunes, click on your iPhone once it appears
4.In the device's summary page, click the "Info" tab
5.Mark the "Sync Contacts With" check box and choose "Google Contacts" from the drop-down menu
6.Enter your Google account and password if this is the first time doing these steps. If not, then click "Configure" and select a previously added Google account
7.Click "Apply" and let iTunes sync the contacts from your iPhone to your Google account
8.On your Galaxy S4 Mini, sign in with the aforementioned Google account if you haven't done so already. If you need to add the contact, go into "Settings" and tap "Accounts"
9.Allow the Google account to sync the contacts on your SGS4 Mini.

Using iCloud
1.Sign in with your iCloud account and click "Contacts"
2.From the list, select the contacts that you wish to export
3.Click the icon depicting a cog wheel, and select "Export vCard" Wait for the file to be downloaded on your computer
4.Import the vCard file to "Google Contacts".
