Man Forces Sanger Police to Shoot, Man Dies

Well, I just thought I could offer some education to those who are disputatious, on a topic that I know well. Also, you could know as much about this case or the San Jose pd case or the recent Fresno pd case as I do if you research them. Oh yeah , you also need to go to law school and study police procedure, then you can understand the intricacies involved and see between the lines.

This family has no interest in "learning the intricacies of police work". Our interest lies in having Sanger PD explain and jusify their actions as regards our brothers death at their hands. The end. You have made rude, nasty, cruel comments regarding our family. You do not know any of us. We have waited and waited for the PD to say something. Their only interest in this matter is to close ranks around their officers and protect them. I have stated how uncaring and insensitive their attitude has been throughout these six months. Our only course is to press for an accounting. An accounting you seem to feel we are not entitled to. Because my brother had a police record.

The fact you have no interest in learning about police procedure, tells me no matter what the outcome is, you have already made up your mind (which means you may never except the justice you claim to seek). Your absolutely wrong about how I feel. I feel you are owed an explanation; but I also know you cannot get it until they have completed whatever it is they need to complete. Also, completion can mean that they have to have several people review the findings. I offered you perspective as to why this incident and your waiting may be occurring. You are the one who has turned it into a grudge match. Let me ask you, why do you say they (the police) have been uncaring and insensitive? Specifically what have they done. You can't say they haven't told you anything, because unfortunately that's how these things work, except for impatient people who would chastise others as murders without any proof. Especially after the legal aspect (the reason for using lethal force) of the incident was ruled justified (also know as legal). You do know the officers have no say in when and how information is provided to the public... Right?

You would have us believe that everything the police rule as justified, is in fact just that. why don't you go find someone else to chastise for their insistence upon being told the truth? Move on.

Yeah your right, I'm waisting my time trying to educate you. You may not be stupid or naive about a lot in this world, but about this topic, your as ignorant as they come. So if you have no other questions or comments I'll be moving on, unless of course you want to continue bad mouthing people who risk everything to protect us, people who don't even know us. Here's the real bottom line: the only fact we know for sure, is that you don't know anything factual about the incident, but you would insist that your brother was murdered. Guess what, he wasn't murdered, so why don't you move on or keep your ignorance to yourself or realize that you were wrong for making the insensitive, uncaring and uneducated comments about those officers. Why, because your brother wasn't murdered. In fact look up the legal definition of murder and you'll see you're wrong; although you probably won't admit it.

been reading the posts on this thread. What sticks out is the people all claming to know how this will go down. No one knows. Have not seen anything on the news. Its a non story. Period.

This had been goin on since June we're now in February, if we don't what happened yet then truth is hiding behind the trigger pullers.. They're the ones who have to live with guilt. So remember that when were gettin pulled over for no reason. It just happened to me. No ticket just harassment. Thanx officer ******.

Do you mean legally, or morally? Either way, so far, they haven't. They're too busy coordinating the passive aggressive patrols of the area where they killed Charlie when his family is there.
