well i just dont get it when people talk but they should not blame the boys that were there that night because they its not just them..If Brittney was the drinking to then she could of been more responible..plus knowing that she didnt even know these guys. I mean come on common sence..What kind of girl is she??? And What kind of friends did she have???

It doesn't matter if she was drinking or made a poor choice. It doesn't give anyone the right to hurt her or take advantage of her. YOU don't blame the victim. Someone could have done something, someone could have saved her.

Someone could have, but what caliber of individuals were present when this happened, pseudo-gang members? Were they raised to respect the opposite sex (obviously not), or were they raised to see females as something for them to control? More than likely the latter.

An adult and two juveniles told investigators they had sex with her prior to her death. The girl who was with Brittney said that both of them were raped.
