Fresno mayor ordered to explain views on homeless settlement

A federal judge says Fresno's mayor must appear in court to explain why he criticized a multimillion-dollar settlement with the city's homeless residents after his lawyers agreed to it last week.

Unsuspecting residents are also being run off their property behind Mayor Autry's so called, "infrastructure upgrade." Some never seen again, followed by burglaries, ID theft, forged deeds, illegal conversion of assets. The city has been secretly altering the water system, which entails massive damages and reconstruction - parcel/plat maps are then altered to cover up the evidence. In a radius of 4 properties by the time it was over: 4 suspected homicides; 1 attempted murder; 1 missing person (suspected homicide); repeated exposure to toxic, disease-carrying raw sewage; illness, asthma, infections, amputation, death; property owners run off 3 properties; unauthorized major construction to all 4 properties; fraudulent legal documents for 2 properties; forged deed for 1 property; unauthorized street widening which cut off the lawns; property lines altered; utility poles relocated; no permits or insepctions for ANY of it! Mayor Autry turned his back on reports, refusing to address any of this. This is likely the most heinous and barbaric operation in the history of CA. BTW: Unsolved murder across the street when this was carried out there.

Do you suppose Sacramento's Mayor Heather Fargo could be conspiring with Fresno's Mayor Alan Autry regarding all the missing water meters? Residents of Fresno are being annihilated in order to replace sewer/water lines and water meters without authorization, permits or inspections. That is how property is being vacated in order to pull this off - eliminating people. Trail of ID theft, forged deeds, altered legal documents, suspected homicide - as Autry's key man behind this laughs, "You can't live for the dead." Property is then haphazardly patched back together and sold as "original" on new deeds that entail illegally revised property lines. Heinous and barbaric crimes behind Mayor Autry's so-called "citywide upgrade" INCLUDING RUNNING PEOPLE OFF THEIR PROPERTY AND TAKING WHAT OTHERS WORKED LIFETIMES FOR!(I am referring to far more than what his goons did to my family members and properties.) For him to feign concern over the homeless is absurd.

After Autry had my family annihilated, Dept. of Public Works sent in to lie about the cause of sewage back spills as sewer /water lines were being replaced - destruction of property; illness, loss of income; burglaries. Neighbors also endured illness, amputation, death; raw sewage. More suspected homicide of other neighbors targeted; more forged/fraud deeds. Autry then had Restraining Order issued against me for reporting this; death threats followed if I continue. Loss of properties, unemployed, pinned into corner with no way out but death - I will haunt him.

I would push so hard to call for an emergency ballot to impeach Mayor Autry and take him court and ask the court to take the fines and legal costs including restitution out of his final paycheck, investments and retirement.
