I looooove this store. If you can't find anything in this store you're crazy. I've had luck every year for prom and I've been to four proms. Each year I end up buying the one the sales girl brings me as a recommendation. They know what they're doing.

I just had the most amazing experience at this store... I did not expect to buy today but I ended up finding the perfect prom dress. The employees were so friendly and helpful and I'll definitely be back next year for senior prom.

^ lol you realize zippers can break don't you? These aren't shirts. They're sensitive dresses. I used to work at a bridal boutique and we had to be very attentive on sizes and zippers to prevent damages.
As far as this place goes. I didn't face any overly rude employee but they weren't overly helpful either. It was so busy I just tried on my dresses, bought the one I liked, and got out of there. I came in here to comment on their large selection. They seem to have every kind of style so go here if you're still having trouble finding one you like.
I still think the way they handled those situations is rude. It can be very discouraging to be commented on your size while already feeling pretty self conscious over a day's worth of trying on dresses. If they are that worried about the dresses, maybe they should invest in nicer quality ones to match their unreasonable prices. I bought a dress that I saw in their store online for over $150 cheaper.

What's with all the bad reviews? I've been prom shopping since January and all the other stores had the worst customer service... They were all pushy, snobby, and unhelpful. Both me and my mom were so impressed by how nice the salespeople were that we knew we wanted to buy our dress here. The store is a lot smaller than other ones but the selection is great.. most of the girls from my school got their dresses here. This is the place to go girls!!! I recommend!!

I went to Aria after going to several Prom-specific stores. We had only one positive experience before going to Aria, so were prepared for the worst. Instead, we had friendly, helpful assistance from the sales team. The dress my daughter picked is perfect for her, well-priced and they couldn't have been nicer - or more honest! They helped steer her away from dresses that didn't suit her and helped me to convince her of the best pick. I referred several people to Aria and many purchased their dresses there. I'm thinking that maybe the sales staff since the earlier, negative comments.

This store has amazing dresses but the management of this store is so rude and unpleasant. I was looking at some dresses and the sales person came over to my twin boys and was accusing them of touching the dresses and damaging them. Very unpleasant sales representative that needs to learn some manners.
Un satisfied customer
