Menu: The year in Columbus dining | Columbus Alive

There are 1 comment on the Columbus Alive story from Dec 23, 2009, titled Menu: The year in Columbus dining | Columbus Alive. In it, Columbus Alive reports that:

As 2009 prepares to hang the "closed" sign on its 365-day notched door and 2010 gets ready to open up shop, I thought it was an appropriate time to take a mini-inventory of some of last year's more prominent restaurant openings and closings.

What a wasted opportunity to call attention to fine locally owned restaurants that are not new and have survived, sometimes living through more difficulty than those that closed. Barcellona comes to mind as a really creative restaurant with great service that is buried on the south edge of German Village that never disappoints.
