France has the same problem as American courts. Liberal judges who care more for the rights of the victimizers than they do for the victims. They too, keep releasing the predators and bottom feeders back on society to continue their criminal activities instead of doing their job and putting a permanent end to repeat offenders. The death penalty works and should be employed more often and with less lawyer and judicial interference.

Absolutely agree! In Hennepin County and Ramsey it's called the "Good Ole' Boy's Club".

When I was a teen there was a judge in my hometown who used cocaine and had sex with underage girls, but he was a respected judge, and he was connected with the drug dealers who ran the cocaine and they protected each other, and he got away with it. You would get murdered if you snitched on him. And yet he judged other people and sent other people to jail.

Anyhow, I agree with Sarkosy, the monsters need to be kept off the streets.
