Judge it!
Don´t listen to BA´s wishy washy excuses from their spokesperson. The main reason for all the disruption is that management have imposed new working practises which do not work and a shortage of staff.
Despite staff telling the incompetant management that it wouldn´t work, they still want to incorporate their "new ideas"
The backlog of bags were already there before the bad weather and the terrorist attack in Glasgow....they´re just using this as an excuse....as they did earlier this year when they said it was due to fog.
