Column: The numbers other than his age say Michael Schumacher is good for another F1 year

There are 1 comment on the The Washington Post story from Sep 24, 2012, titled Column: The numbers other than his age say Michael Schumacher is good for another F1 year. In it, The Washington Post reports that:

Ramming into the back of Frenchman Jean-Eric Vergne, totaling both their cars at the Singapore Grand Prix, handed ammunition to critics who say a 43-year-old clearly not as razor-sharp as he once was has no business racing in Formula One against drivers far younger and quicker.

Should we take delight in tarnishing, criticizing someone that does things we have never done and will probably never be able to?.Shumi's high profile that makes him a target. He's not had the luck, yes he's made mistakes but he's pushing a car to the limit..People don't realise these incidents occur every now and then - it's racing. Everything happens in split seconds at high speeds. It happens to all the best drivers at some time it may be any experience any age. It was an honest mistake by Michael, Michael apologized to Verne, got a penalty. But it seems to be more focused and acute when it's Michael for some reason.Whenever there is a British steward Schumi always gets a severe penalty. I take my hat off to you. Its Washington Post. Hell! yea Schumacher for 2013.
