Schumi still has the driving skills, the ability, the motivation, the passion and the love for the sport to compete in F1. He can still show this younger drivers how to drive a F1 car. F1 is in his blood!! He is top fit and in a very good shape for his age. I can only admire him for his determination to come back racing, at the age of 42. I definitly has the greatest respect for him.

So what do the experts say? found that on eurosport
Briatore, meanwhile, similarly had some harsh words for his former protégé Michael Schumacher, whose second season since making his much-feted F1 comeback last year – despite considerable promise in recent months – began in Melbourne in much the same manner as had the previous one twelve months earlier.

“I’ve always been against it,” stressed the Italian, who managed Benetton when the seven-time world champion claimed his first two drivers’ titles there in 1994 and 1995.“A 40-year-old can never be the same as someone who is 20. Michael is half-retired already, and his great career is having a nasty end.”

well if Briatore's against it, then the rest of the F1 world should be in favour of it .. Briatore is about as big a heap of shite as his other protege is ...

There are experts and there are experts. I'd trust a person who is directly involved in F1 business far more than someone who relies on rumors, gossip and the news.
Briatore had been caught cheating...Schumi too. That doesn't mean the others don't cheat. It also doesn't mean that Briatore is a clueless ass..it's not that easy to become F1 champion.
So, tell me. How many F1 drivers, team owners, engineers etc. do you know personally?

P.S.: What do you do professionally? I bet there are younger ones who can do a better job. Or are you the young one? That'd explain everything...

you are so right, Briatore is not a clueless ass, he's a horse's ass ... the problem with you is you think that just because Britore is "directly" invloved what he says is gospel, I'm sure if he suddenly said he was not involved in crashgate in Singapore in 2008 you would believe him ... come on Ralf, that's bullcrap, and really the question about how many owners, drivers etc I know personally shows your pathetic attempt to pretend you are someone you are not .... what a joke ... I have been watching F1 for over 36 yrs, I suspect that longer than you've been stealing oxygen from our planet .... but hey you go ahead and worship at the altar of Flavio Briatore ... dumbass

Oh and by the way, what anyone does for a living has absolutely f*ckall to do with it, just a narrow minded ignorant prick like you would think it does ... you just showed your cards ralf, and you have nothing ... nada, zip, zero, niks ...

liekwise Ralf, I didn't know you were stupid, still battling puberty and living at mommy and daddy's home .... funny thing I didn't attck you personally in my first reply, but rather your hero Flavio Briatore, you were the juvenile who answered with the childish comments about me being unemployed, too old or too young etc etc... simply put your ignorance was very open to all to see, my statement stil stands Britaore is a horse's ass, but now I have one more name to add to that list ... you

I bet there are younger ones who can do a better job. Or are you the young one? That'd explain everything.." .... oh so to you that was just a question ... get real ralf, don't try play the poor innocent hard done by clown in all this, if you want to dish it out pal you best be able to take it ... you can't have it all your way ... don't use your European I'm a victim play here, you little baby ... dumbass

you really must have lots of spare time... So many postings... Most of them completely miss the topic but are being used to rudely insult people. Here again: Schumacher: Not too old to succeed.
Or is it that your English isn't good enough to understand the topic. Or your English isn't good enough to have a cicvilized conversation without swearing. Or are you just too old, Like Micheal Sch., suffereing dementia...then I just pity you. Watch it, your red neck gonna blow.
Michael Sch. is too old to race, no question...he'll never win again...not even a single race

ha ha make up your mind dumbass, am I too young or too old? because you keep changing your mind. as for my English, I do know it's good enough to work out that your spelling is pathetic, get it together stupid, the word is spelt "Civilized" and not "cicvilized" like you think it is ... I wonder which part of you it is that hates Schumie so much, you know him being German and all, I guess it might be because you're like second hand German wannabees there in the Republic of Austria, but I have no doubt it's the bastardised in-breeding of Croats, Serbs and Slovenes that have created an insipid little creature like you ...

Stick to the topic.
Schumi is too old, too old, too old...he'll never win a F1 race again!!!!!!!!
Spelling or printing errors? Check it out Mr. native speaker. These are your printing errors:
RatNeck:...is "directly" invloved what he says is gospel...... funny thing I didn't attck you personally ...my statement stil stands Britaore is a horse's ass...(4 errors).("still" with a single letter "l" could be a printing errors as well as a spelling error).
But this defintely a spelling error bastardised, correctly bastardized. Found all the mistakes,or should I point them out for you?
I'm just curious what Americans are according to your racialistic point of view. And I wonder if you get a sentence together without abusive words. Just try. Think before you type. Think it over once more, write it down and then delete it again...
And back to the topic. Schumi is too old to keep up with the young drivers. They are laughing behind his back and soon they'll be laughing openly about a fool who's destroying his own good name.

hey dumbass I wouldn't know I'm not American ... your generalisation or is it generalization is a joke .... by the way bastardised is definitely spelt correctly if you're speaking real English, the Americans and canadians are about the only lot who use a "z" instead of a "s" in some of their words so in essence you were bastardised (not ...ized) at birth when you found out you were 1/3 Croat, 1/3 Slovenian and 1/3 Serb you idiot ... oh maybe you need to update your software spelling checker to the English version and not the American version .. what a bonehead

http://www.memidex.com/bastardised+fine-arts

... as for the driver's laughing behind Schumie's back ... hmm that's funny I recall the great pretender Alonso Scandalonslow saying that Schumie is one of 5 favourites (or is it favorites on your computer big boy) for the season this year, and as 7 x WDC he is very well respected up and down the pits ... I'm sure you missed that you seem to miss quite a bit tough boy so here's the article, maybe I'm expecting too much that anyone in Austria is actually up to date on things, this is 2011 in case you didn't know Ralf ....

Schumi as main contender had been revised recently. So much for being up to date.
You forgot to mention your other errors, Mr. know-it-all. In Atlanta, Georgia, Britain, you spell still with one "l", right?

Oh, now I get it, you are not American but an unemployed black Brit who lives in the USA. Quick, get your Sphygmomanometer, RatNeck!!!
Let's round it up. A racialistic, lying, paranoid and choleric illiterate from the far side of the moon is dreaming of a comeback that was over before it started.
Schumi is old (in an athletic world) and the champions in this sport are getting younger by the year. If he extends his contract and lasts longer than Barrichello he might be able to set another record.

ah the racist card finally .... oops you just exposed yourself Rudi you racist pig ... sorry to disappoint you, not black, not a Brit and not unemployed ... you did get one right I do live in the land of the free and the home of the brave ... God Bless America

as for the news being old, based on your narrow minded logic, we have to deduce after the first race that Vettel has already won the WDC in 2011, and Alonso must be as big a has been as Schumie is, after all Alonso last won the WDC 5 yrs ago ... hey I suppose one more record won't do Schumie any harm, he holds the important ones... 7 WDC's and 91 Wins, which just by the way is more than all the young guns, including all the other WDC's lining up this season, have combined ... sure his "old", but even through it all he bugs the shite out of retards like you, if you were so sure he won't do anything why even bring him up .. the funny thing is that he still has the ability, and if he does win another race I would love to be in your neigbourhood (wondering if it's neighborhood), me thinks it might be you needing not just the Sphygmomanometer but the medication to calm you down ... the season is long Rudi, and one thing I've learnt about F1 seasons, they never go according to plan, ask that lying cheating yellow bellied coward Fernando Scandalonslow all about that .... 2010 and 2007 come to mind ...

I pity the fool who denies his origin for a spelling error - no one but Americans use phrases like "the land of the free and the home of the brave...God Bless America".
Congratulations, you did it again; you'll have the last word because no one is wasting much time arguing with you - I did it way too long. The same cursings as in most of your posting and the same braincell "joke"; it's just boring...
I'm off to Sepang and will watch OLD Schumi lose his face once more.
Enjoy the pie at your mom's place in Lawrenceville...

Ah another one of those retards who pretend to be going to Sepang this weekend, you remind me of the camel jockey who supposedly drives across the desert in his "Luxes" to Abu Dhabi every year, or the Aussie sheep shagger who tells us all he's at the race in melbourne ... all the while you juvenile delinquents are grounded by your mom and dad and not even allowed to leave your room .. get a life Rudi, the only prick out there losing face is that lying chrating coward who's blind obsessed worshitters believe he's the greatest driver the world has ever seen ...

just for the record I did state I live in the USA, been here 8 yrs, I have enbraced my new home and unlike a coward like you who hates your country I do believe it is the home of the brave, the land of the free, after all it was the Americans who had to come to the rescue of you poor pathetic losers in Europe during WW2 to defeat Hitler and the Nazi's .. you should be looking at your past dumbass, I suspect your family may have worn those cowardly SS's on their uniforms ... Rudi you coward .. seig heil schweinhund
