Hello Mario,
I wonder why you don't give Nick a new contract as soon as possible, he's already do a very good job during this season, he's dedicated and he's very fast, I agree if you just wait so he must push harder to get his new contract, but it's better if you give him the new contract so he can concentrate on his job
