With no doubt JPM is one of the most talented and tampered Nascar's driver today actually to me is THE driver.
We the fans will see again this year all the efforts of JP to pick up the lead until the pit stops? When God assigned the brains for the people... does his Crew Chief not show? In what mind a crew chief called his driver to change FOUR TIRES two laps away from the end...? Is this Crew Chief working for Ganassi or for the competitors. We the fans will have a LONG year of frustration having this team in the pits. I wish to have a direct line with Chip Gannasi to hear what he has to say with this calls. JP has NEVER a smart call risking something to gain a track position... I think is not only me who saw las nite the climax of the stupidity calling a driver to change four tires two laps away from the checker flag...

If JPM could return to F1, with a competitive drive he would. I saw the NASCAR season opener in Daytona and was disgusted at what I saw. The track was in such a bad shape, that the race was stopped twice. For periods far longer than expected, almost 3 hours... All that to fix one pot hole. You can see cracks everywhere on the track and pit lanes. The place looks so run down, as if it was some unused horror movie theme park! And in Daytona, a classic and most important race in NASCAR! Most NASCAR tracks are like this, execpt Indianapolis, a former F1 track. The FIA and FOCA all set standards for F1 circuits. So why can't NASCAR do it? It make plenty of sense, for one, safty. It also will not delay races, as it did on Sunday. Two, presentation, for all the money NASCAR makes, it should make it presentable for all viewers around the world. Just look at ABU DHABI, 1 billion dollars spent, you can't fault the place. So why are drivers like JPM driving in dilapidated race tracks? It does not make much sense to me...

I agree with Nikokly, and besides, this was my LAST TIME EVER in Daytona. "Organization" to name this in some way... was horrible. It tooks to me 2 hours from I-95 to get the parking lot due to the local traffic has exactly the same priority as the people going to the race. We have to wait every single regular change on the traffic lights. finally the parking lot was all a big spot of mud and plenty of cars stocks in it. In what mind "ORGANIZATION" think a hundred thousand people can be transported in 50 School buses??? I am completely right to think that not NASCAR nor Daytona organization cares about people. On our way back we have to wait on line another 2 hours to get transported to the muddy grass with NO LIGHT IN THE PARKING LOT and suffering 40 F. When finally we arrived to our car we did promissed ourselves... NO MORE DAYTONA EVER!
