How disappointing the way the FIA run formula 1 sometimes, despite all the resources they have at their disposal they cant schedule a simple due date by which the 13th grid spot can be confirmed. Clearly they have not learnt from a great example last year, that their indecision can detrimentally affect new teams. This is very disapointing for fans, teams and F1 in general, as the FIA should be supporting new F1 entries not simply just acting as the 'governing body' to the letter of the law. I dont understand how they expect teams, especially new teams to really have things sorted in a few months before the end of the year without a confirmation of a 2011 spot. I think the teams are itching to go and if things fall through at this late stage the FIA HAS to take some responsibility for not providing enough time for teams to set up for 2011.
