NASCAR drivers have never publicized their actual earnings(except for Jeff Gordon's divorce proceedings), so I find JPM's comment that the money he is currently being paid is "very good". I always assumed that the pay in F1, especially among the top teams, would be far better. Of course, he's probably getting paid better then average because of the interest he can generate.
