Gonzalez --should be so lucky if Peterson and the Chiefs should resign him. He dropped the ball at some crucial times. He needs to show Kansas City that he is as committed to this team as we are committed to him. Remember Gonzo is getting older as well as Trent Green and some others on this team. In order for Herm to bring to the Chiefs a team that has champion desire he needs to work with some fresh healthy players. This means dealing off season dealing with Priest Holmes and Trent Green. We need fresh players to build and work around. So if Gonzo is looking for a big fat check I think he should look elsewhere. But I want him to stay - but we need to look into our future with some more young bloods like L. Johnson.
