WITH MULTIPLE WITNESSES!!!!!) To something shady going down with that HALF PASSED OUT 20yr old college girl!!!! Ben “Take the PU$$%” Roethlisberger aka Pepe Le Pew should be in orange jumpsuits right now and you know it. THE TAPE GOT ERASED? AFTER THE POLICE HAD IT AND DIDN'T MAKE A COPY........ YEH RIGHT!!........ PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

The state of Georgia's monthlong investigation into a rape accusation leveled against Ben Roethlisberger uncovered an allegation by a second woman that the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback forced himself upon her. The incident allegedly occurred during a party at Roethlisberger's house in central Georgia. ADD THE NEVADA WOMAN AND YOU GOT A BIG PROBLEM TO SAY THE LEAST.

According to one, Nicole Biancofiore, the alleged victim "did not want to report the incident to a random police officer," the case file shows.
Ms. Biancofiore called a friend, Baldwin County Sheriff's Deputy Shawn Tapley, to ask for advice. He told her to report to an officer downtown.
"Biancofiore also stated that [the woman] did not want to report it because she did not want people to know about the incident and was embarrassed by what had happened."

I am a huge Steelers fan, and I am very disappointed. How many more women is gonna have to be drunk with -- and it be the womans fault that he is letting things get out of hand.
So what do we have here a serial rapist?

NFL -- if Mike Vick can get suspended for 2 years - wow --- for Dog Fighting.

What is been going to get for inappropriately -(damn near raping)touching women. we are at a body count of 4 WOMEN so FAR.

Yep...it's way past time for Ben...and many other professional athletes...to GROW UP! Maybe being a pampered Steeler QB and a divine saint at the Cradle of Coaches hasn't served this young man as well as a swift kick in the ass would! It's time to be a more responsible man...and leave childish behaviors behind!

Disagree with Rob: Ben is not stupid. He, however, has been coddled, told he's great, gotten whatever he wants whenever he wants, does not believe he is accountable or responsible, etc., etc. And all because he was able to throw a oblong shaped object well. The cult of athlete, starting from t-ball or pop warner on up on through physically becoming a man, is what the problem is for Ben and many others. Symptomatic of a country with the wrong priorities. And a problem for our future. Ben is just the latest and surely won't be the last. Lets hope we decide there are better things to do than play sports, building monumentall, hundred million dollar structures for them to play in at the cost of better educational institutes, etc., etc.

As far as I'm concerned he should be fired - it won't stop because he know that he is somehow above the law and that he can get away with it. Good luck keeping your money you loser! I hope they take you for millions! Keep it in your pants!

Who wants to watch a rapist in a football game? I think he should be banned for life.

Roethlisberger should be doing 20 years in prison. Then he could see how he likes being raped. His parents must be very proud. I wonder if they are still making excuses for the arrogant, spoiled baboon?

The NFL set the bar fairly low when they gave Ray Lewis a short suspension for his role in a double murder in Atlanta. Maybe Goddell will hammer big Ben a little harder than the last commissioner would have, hopefully a year anyway.

I'm a huge Steelers fan and i think he should be traded. The organization prides itself on greatness with great men both on and off the field. Tolerance of this even with a suspension and we're well on our way to becoming another cincinnati.

Just watch, bloated and fat Ben will get a 4 game suspension, then Goodell will take it down to 2 games if Big Ben says and does nice things while he's suspended, like telling schoolchildren that rape is bad.

Here is my answer. Make him move back to Findlay Ohio. It takes a village to raise a child.

You are no better than Cincy. Steelers players have had issues with illegal behavior and have been allowed to continue playing. This isn't new and this media proclamation that the Steelers organization is run like a scout troop or church youth group is a myth.

Holmes was given a long leash for years and finally was made an example of because of too many embarassing incidents for the team including Ruthlesraper's latest headlines. There have been others too.

When they have been on the brink of winning a superbowl they have looked the other way. Now they have a few recent championships and the pressure is off a bit. So they can afford to clamp down. But spare us the claims that this organization is somehow more wholesome than the rest of the league.

I am a female, and if I was sexually assulted by anyone, no amount of money would make me drop the charges, and if I was being harrassed there is a little thing called a restraining order, so in some of these allegations I find them a little hard to believe.. I don't by any means think that Ben is innocent but I don't think that he is guilty of all of the charges.. Did some of these women sleep with Tiger and Jesse also???

Ben has created a jail of his own making. He has lost his good name and will never get it back. We as Steeler fans can defend of reject this behavior, but I really think his parents and sister have taken a beating through no fault of their own. Five years from now Ben will not be a Steeler, but his name will always be linked to his abuse of young girls. Dan Rooney walked along the field yesterday with his head down and his heart heavy. He couldn't save Ben from himself and it does take the joy out of sports.
He should be in jail

Ben should be in jail. What if any of those girls were your daughters?
It is time to send a message! We are not putting up with this behavior from anyone!!
No money or prestige should protect this preditory behavior. It has got to stop!
Everyone needs to write a letter to the Nfl.

I'm from Findlay, know the Roethlisbergers, became a Steelers fan when Ben took the job, and used to enjoy watching him play. That was when he appeared to be a decent, intelligent young man. I will vouch for his family. They are wonderful people who, I am sure, are sick and miserable about Ben's behavior. Don't attack them. My husband thinks "BB" must have a drinking problem, which doesn't excuse criminal behavior. I hope they fire him, too. Men, you need to stop helping the likes of Tiger and Ben play their sick games with women!

I guess the 'zero tolerance' policy/perception applies AFTER the sexual assault(s) by Rapistberger, then? It applied to Holmes, but not to the big-time franchise QB?

What kind of a message does THAT send to the fans, particularly women fans or male fans with wives and daughters?

Pittsburgh's ownership has given a very substandard performance here, IMO.

I'm not sure if Ben has a drinking problem or not, but he definitely has a "cornering women and then spontaneously dropping his pants" problem.

Sounds to me like Ben has an addiction to hot, young, inebriated girls in bars. There are probably millions of men who have this addiction, and as long as there are hot, young, girls inebriated in bars there will be incidents. I was told as a child that it always takes two, so let us not free the women from any responsibility. That said, Ben needs to 'date' in private and outside of the bars, I might also suggest that he have any future women that he has contact with to sign a form of 'it's all good'.

I'd like to think that the allegations are false since no charges were filed. Lord knows that it's easy to toss around allegations of just about anything, especially where celebrities are concerned.

That said, this guy is a jerk to his teammates, and irresponsible as hell. A 20 year old in a bar is not an innocent bystander; however. The only thing Ben is guilty of is being an a*s*o*l* and an idiot. That's not a crime but it isn't what you want representing your organization either.

Anyone remember the fate of the "dude, you're getting a Dell," guy? Smokin' pot.....gone. Santonio Holmes.....idiot too.....gone.

I'm a Steller fan and OSU fan and hated to see Santonio go but shed zero tears. They need to trade Ben for whatever they can get and give Dennis Dixon a chance.
