I guess the gap control might explain why the hashes were so open for passing (all stacked inside to stop the run). We need Bigby back soon. Those crossing guys should pay a price. We're basically playing dime or nickel Okie all the time.

Yes we obviously focused on the run, but our blitz scheme was terrible.

Threw a lot of quick screens early and Rodgers did a good job getting rid of it soon to neutralize them.

<quoted text>hehehe! Favre looks good in purple! Rodgers is a loser. Favre had the same talent when he went 13-3. some people win, some lose. I hope rodgers plays for 15 years, cause he's a loser.
yes he had a 13-3 season but followed by a 6-10 season. This season isn't over with yet......Time will tell.

Favre played QB the 13-3 season. Favre followed with a 9-7 season with the Jets. Rodgers was Packer QB the 6-10 season.

True Packer Fan? You need to change your name.

I agree that time will tell, but please get your Packer facts correct if you are going to call yourself True Packer Fan.

Sorry if I was wrong but this statement is correct. The team played their heart out that year 13-3 for what,a Brett Favre interception. End of season.

i.e for your information my user name is just that I am True to the Packers not Brett Favre. Sure it was a disappointment he left but don't forget it was time the Packers moved on as he told the organization that he was retiring.

Yeah, but your logic above would imply that Favre had nothing to do with getting to that point, but rather checked himself in to spoil the season. He played well throughout and was MVP runner-up.

Why he didn't get MVP is beyond me.

Favre was part of the Packer team that succeeded and failed (and played their hearts out) together as a team. You may want to try keeping that in mind while you are attempting to be a True Packer Fan.

Hey NLY,
I'm sitting here with my feet up enjoying the continual chest pounding of those who think they are a better Packer fan.
I don't even have to lift a finger, it's like watching the titanic sink in slow motion. Most of these 'fans' have just recently arrived on deck only to find out that the life boats are hopelessly insufficient for their numbers. What happens when the waves start lapping at their feet?

Anyway, join me, I'll start the popcorn.

I am a True Packer Fan. I didn't throw my GB items away. BTW I don't own a Favre Jersey. I wear them with pride. I didn't give up on the Packers because Favre left. I didn't buy a purple (ick) 4 jersey. They are still playing together with Rogers. Maybe you should rethink that Brett Favre went to the Vikings to stick it to TT but he failed to realize that he stuck it to the devoted fans and to the team that played their heart out for him. He didn't win his MVP's by himself.

Lose the anger. It's not healthy, nor necessary. BTW I don't take any decisions by BF or the Packers personally. Therefore, I don't need to rethink anything. It frees me to simply support the team.

Yeah, he wasn't worth my responding to. True head scratcher seems more appropriate.

Tom Brady had 50 TD passes and NE first lose was the Super Bowl or BF could have or would have won the MVP
