QB Clemens takes the lead at Jets

Kellen Clemens has taken the early lead against Brett Ratliff in the Jets ' quarterback competition, but how significant that will be remains to be seen.

won't matter who the qb is, jets have on one to throw to, no one who scares any good defense, (except maybe LW) and the fact is even with the additions on defense, until they show it, the jets can't stop the run or pass against quality teams. mediocre, mediocre, not bad enough to get a blue chip pick and not good enoough to challenge .

The Jets need to forget about possibly drafting a QB. Go with Kellen and if Ratty beats im out so be it. Its time to give Kellen a fair chance after investing a 2nd pick in him in 06. He was 3-5 with no help at all and running for his life. And would've been 5-3 if e few dropped passes were held on to. Good running game and a strong o-lin i think Kellen can get the job done. Its time to find out.
