He was second team All Southeast conference. I can't find anyplace that lists him as an All American.

I think these salaries are ridiculas!!! Who could ever spend that kind of money in the first place. This country is in deep financial trouble. Thousands of children are homeless and going to bed hungry every night and one man is paid $50 million dollars to play a game of football. Don't get me wrong, I love football too....but how many families would love to have a SMALL portion of that money in order to feed their children and put a roof over their heads.

Get your article right. He was never an all american. The highest honor he received in college was 2nd team all SEC, twice. He was piced way too high and the Chiefs just gave him way too much money. Third highest paid defensive end in the history of football and he's never taken a snap. I'm afraid we're in for more of the same.

That type of salary could easily help many in the KC metro area who have lost jobs and have families to take care of!!

What year? It wasn't last year. But anyway I'm sure there must be a reason to draft a 2nd team All SEC guy third overall. |
