Miles said. "I can't imagine if there's a more competitive league out there."

Without a national championship, the SEC will still have the country's biggest football star. Nobody got more attention Wednesday than Tebow, who talked about everything from missionary work to Peyton Manning.

And winning, of course.

"We like our chances," Tebow said. "We think we've got a lot of talent."

These comments pretty much sum it up huh.....GO GATORS...

Nobody can deny SEC football is at the top of its game. Georgia is pretty scary this year.. young and fast. LSU is LSU.. And Florida is going into this year with a Junior #1 class, a Sophomore #1 class and a Freshman #3 class. The talent on these teams is rediculous. This could be the best offense Florida has ever had. The unfortunate scenario year after year in the SEC is that it just eats itself up with all the talent. Florida/Georgia and Florida/LSU... games of the year. Let's see Florida come out on top. And not trying to get ahead of myself here but Florida is going to be even stronger next year!! Go Gators!

Any one of five teams could win the SEC. but I believe that LSU is the very best of all the teams and with a good QB, the very best team in all of the FOOTBALL WORLD!!! MARANATHA!!! WE DO HAVE GOOD QB'S THEY JUST DO NOT HAVE THE EXP., BUT NEITHER DID FLYNN, ACTUALLY!!! Hmmmm, WE DO HAVE A VERY GOOD SHOT!!! i BELIEVE THAT THE DEFENCE WILL BE MUCH BETTER THIS YEAR AND NO DOUBT THAT WE HAVE THE BEST OFFENCE LINE, WIDE OUTS, BYRD IS NOT EVEN MENTIONED, AND HE IS THE STAR AMOUNG STARS...OUR BACKS ARE ALL SO GOOD, EVEN THE COACH CAN'T SEEM TO COME UP WITH A PICK OF THE PACK!!! AND OUR LITTLE BIG MAN IS BACK TO REALLY BE DANGEROUS AGAIN EVERY TIME THAT HE TOUCHES THE BALL...MARANATHA!!!

Florida need to use some of that talent or tebow want last the season. We all remember tebow left tebow right tebow middle u all have other players i think. This was the reason your team quit on you. Everyone knew u guys was just padding his numbers for the heisman. If you guys want to get any were near the sec title game or BCS u better let the other guys play. LEARN FROM ALL THE OTHER SELFISH SUPERSTARS>

Will the media ever wise up that we hate Southern Cal because of the Biased media. Go ahead again and preseason them at #1 and see how wrong you are over and over. Could it be an SEC BCS champion 3 times in a row. Face reality USC - Go LSU - from Boise Idaho- go Broncos !!!!

Everyone who doubts the amazing abilities of LSU are idiots!! I am so sick of hearing about how great USC and Florida are!! I give UF their credit, they have a great team and they are a part of the best conference, but I still think that my Tigers will come out on top! USC, however, if they ever played a half way good team, with the exception of Ohio State (and thats debatable), they would lose!! Pete Carroll is a whiny cry-baby brat!! I think its pretty sad when the media has turned college football into politics! I believe I heard an announcer of the last Cowboys preseason game even comment on that issue saying if the media wouldn't hype up teams like USC, then people would actually see how good their players are before they get the the NFL and not be a disappointment like Reggie Bush, Matt Lineart, and now John David Booty!! In the end, LSU is No.1 and I like being the underdogs, we never get credit we deserve for the great team we have, but when we come out on top again, it will be sweet victory once again!!

UGA has to play LSU and UF in back to back weekends this season. Talk about a tough schedule. I doubt the Pats or Giants could win both of those games in back to back weekends. Certainly not THE Ohio State University.
