Keith,

I'll predict the game will not even be close. LSU will put a whipping on the boys from Boone.

I wouldn't be so sure KNOCKAHOMER. Everyone thought that about Michigan last year too.

Has anyone heard what the plans are for the game if the hurricane Gustav becomes an issue? We have relatives who are scheduled to leave tomorrow for the game but are getting concerned because of the forecasted track with Gustav.

LSU isn't Michigan and the SEC isn't the Big 10. App exploited the central weakness surrounding Big 10 schools - a lack of speed. It shows up whenever they play teams that have it.

App will give LSU a game for a while but superior depth and speed will wear down the Mountaineers. biggest opportunity for ASU will be to exploit the inexperience of LSU's quarterback. The starter remains undecided but, for either guy, it will be his first time under center.

Regardless, it's a good measuring stick for App and after a Saturday night in Baton Rouge, any roadtrip in the SoCon will be much easier.
