How about trying something new like going to a short passing game. Isn't that what the "West Coast offense" is supposed to be all about anyway? The Bears cannot continue to get off to slow starts while waiting for a doormant running game to get going, so they should consider playing more to their strength.

I'm all for putting in Wolfe and Peterson to shake things up ... Smith has been saying "We get off the bus running" and that's all we hear week in and week out ... Benson's performances don't show that. Top it off with crappy line play and you've got yourself the worst running team in the NFL.
