I do not live in my parents' home. Are you so pathetically inept at this that you can't even stick to the argument at hand? You're an amateur. Your grammar is terrible. You've failed in every possible way to defend yourself. You make the other Harry look brilliant. And you live in Bartlett.

There .... Did mommy kiss it and make it all better ??

The guy fumbled a toss play last week ... a half-yard backward pass and he dropped it. Yes, his decrepit offensive line does him no good, but overall, Benson has not produced. Jones had the same line last year and I'm not a "I love TJ" fan -- What I'm saying is AP should be the starter from now on because Benson only seems to play hard when he's second fiddle. He's comfortable playing the way he is now because he knows he's not going to lose his job. What you fail to see Mark is that Benson is a malcontent and a whiner. He wants and wants and wants and now he gets and what does he do with his opportunity? He craps the bed.
So yeah, Benson's good at running down a fumble return, only because he's used to dropping the ball all the time. Also, Benson is good at shifting blame to other people, kinda like you I suspect.
The toss that hit him in the shoulder pads? I'd put that one on Griese in the same manner that a bad snap isn't blamed on the holder. But he COULD HAVE caught it, so I'll give you that much, for the sake of argument.

Unfortunately, I don't think this offensive line is the same as last year. Last year, they were aging, and this year, they're old. The main problem seems to be the tackles, who both have fallen off markedly this year. Tait especially. He's been beaten repeatedly and knocked off the line this year, and he even managed to get completely pancaked by a much smaller lineman last week.

I'm not a huge fan of Benson's attitude, but I'm glad he's upset. If he truly didn't care, you wouldn't hear outbursts like this. The team is struggling and he's frustrated. But he should let his play do the talking. The criticism is coming from all angles, and he's showing his immaturity by not handling it more gracefully. But again, I'm glad he's showing some fire.

He ran great in the second half of last season, and I don't buy the argument that he suddenly "forgot" how to hit the holes, or that he only performed because Jones was in front of him. The circumstances were completely different. We were winning games. Committing to the run.

There's a difference between shifting blame and spreading it. In this case, there's plenty to go around. Offense and defense both. Benson shouldn't be excused from his mistakes, yet he shouldn't have to shoulder the majority of it. But now that Grossman is on the shelf, a lot of fans have shifted their venom onto the next convenient target, while larger problems are being comparatively ignored.

How about the first offensive play of the season? Benson ran away from Phillips and Grossman took a HUGE hit...Need more proof? Try watching a game. Benson couldn't amount to a pimple on a real running backs ass.

C'mon kid what are you doing making excuses for Benson now? What are you his little bitch? The ball hit him in the shoulder pads????WTF is that crap???He dropped the damned ball..And now he's angry?? Look out everybody Ced is angry.. He should be embarrassed about how he plays...He's a joke..he goes down at the first contact. The big power running back getting taken down by a little guy from the secondary at the line of scrimmage..And now he's angry. Face it kid he's pussy just like you.

<quoted text>Peterson and Wolfe are worse then Benson that is for sure, or else they would be out there and you're right, it is everyone's fault as a team that they can't run the ball. The fact that Wolfe is so limited because of his size makes we wonder if Angelo has any brain cells at all? Maybe he is being paid on the side by the rest of the division to keep the bears down?
Peterson isn't out there because Benson is the big bucks high draft choice and they're still trying to get their money's worth out of him. Have you noticed that Peterson is not only replacing Benson in the backfield on 3rd downs, he's also starting to alternate series with him? I think the only reason Wolfe hasn't seen more action is that Lovie doesn't like to play rookies.
