The fact that Jay has already reached out to Burress, even though his offield problems could make him more trouble than he's worth, is ANOTHER EXAMPLE that he is in fact a leader and ready to lead this team to GREAT things.

Of course there are people out there (Rick Morrissey) who just want to BASH Cutler. Him, Josh McDOOSH, Pat Bowlen, and MANY others will be on the "One Finger Salute" list when the Bears win CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!

Its refreshing to see a guy like Charles Tillman! With all the talk of Plaxico, Tank, Cedric here is a man who went out did his job, the best he could, while everday worrying about his daughter. My hat goes off to Tiana Tillman, Charles Tillman and his wife for not only being great parents but for being great people!

Please, no Plax. Yeah, he' talented, but he's probably looking at some jail time and after the whole Tank Johnson episode, do we really need someone else with "character issues"? Not like we don't have enough already (Briggs, Urlacher, etc.)

Your website has been acting up lately (slow, unresponsive). You might want to investigate as it might discourage viewers.

I hope Kevin Payne can recover from his surgery to full strength. I think he can develop into a great player if he can continue to improve upon his coverage skills, he's a beast, bring the Payne!

DON'T sign Matt Jones. He's got great athletic ability but he's a crack head.

That's nothing new. At least not for me. Could be that I'm just using an older system, but I think it's the Trib.

maybe burress is a bad idea, but maybe not-- if (big if) he's learned his lesson and is willing to keep his head down and simply play. unlikely as that is, the bears should be looking for a receiver with as identical a skill set as burress as possible. holt isn't a bad idea but is aging (has aged) and would only be a band-aid in the vein of the bears' acquisition of moose a few years back. burress at least has the potential to perform for a long time. a young receiver with as much talent as possible is the ideal candidate. unfortunately, burress may be one of the few get-able receivers that match that criteria.

Burress is A. going to jail. B. getting suspend. C. Both A. and B.

Hello...he shot himself in the leg dancing in the club.

I'm all for gun rights but at least know how to use the darn thing.
Someone needs to tell Burress gun makers made a protective measure to prevent things like that.

It is called...(holding breath) a safety.

It is people who don't know c.r.a.p. about guns that gives the others a bad name.

No Plax, No Matt Jones,.... We don't need gun toting crack peddlers in the locker room.

Yes to HOLT!!!! Bring him in. Work him out. He could help us tremendously.

hats off to Charles as well. My prayers go out to him and his family. Hopefully we'll bring in some more players like him to make this defense great again. The work is not done yet. Don't for get the defense Angelo. Roy Williams is still out there. At least work him out and see if he'll fit.

GO BEARS!!! DON'T STOP NOW!!! KEEP IT GOING!!!

Lovie Smith must be taking interview answers from Lou Piniella. You never get a straight answer almost surreal ones with only a glimmer of th asked query. Eitherboth are totally unaware of what's going on or they simply don't like to think out loud. The Bears new two, not one, additional receivers. So Burriss and Holt would be a great package for Cutler.

What size shoe, Mick? It's cold up there in the Twins cities, isn't it?
