It's amazing how much you miss if you miss more than one practice, two practices, three practices. This is really the time we're installing everything. Once you get behind it's like math - it's hard to catch up.
Midway through the first practice of training camp Thursday, former Arkansas defensive end Jamaal Anderson trotted onto the field for the Atlanta Falcons.
