Hall Blasts Petrino Over Jackson

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Pro Bowl cornerback DeAngelo Hall went off again on Atlanta Falcons coach Bobby Petrino, saying Wednesday the team appears to be giving up on the season with its release of Grady Jackson.

D Hall, your role on this team is to defend the opponent and stop them from scoring.It is not to criticize your head coach. I do understand yor concerns and even agree that they are valid . But you must learn to voice those concerns in the proper forum and at the proper time. You are a highly skilled player who can benefit from understanding the old saying " Be wise in choosing the battles you fight". Some you just can't win and some just are'nt worth fighting.

D. Hall should learn to keep his mouth shut..but it won't matter long his days are numbered in Atlanta.
If he could play football it would be one thing but he is lousy...if he could learn to tackle it would help...its hard to bring down a tight end by grabbing his shoulders.
But then again it does not matter anymore..it is all about how much money the owners can make not how many games they win.
Watch any game on any Sunday and see how many of the "Stars" can tackle...dam few if any..Pro football is a joke about like wrestling.

Neverbeafan, Why did you have to bring the race card into this? Race wasn't a factor anywhere in that article. People like you need to shut up and crawl back into your cave. DeAngelo would have made the same statements whether it was Brooking or Jackson but you won't ever see that since you will never be a fan. I have been a fan and would like to be one again and if you ever were one you would feel the same (as DeAngelo). Oh but I forgot you have to look at race first.
