Hey Dolphin Fans - both of you - now don't you wish Jimmy's Johnson was still your head coach?

Michael, you need to chill out. What the hell is a NJ boy worrying about a bunch of stinkin' SoFla fish anyway? It smells bad enough where you live.

Hey latest jetfan to inexplicably get off on antagonize dolphin fans on dolphin blogs!

1) Why again would I wish for JJ to be leading this team? A) he could barely win when he was here, B) he left us with the primary architect of our current team. Turns out he (wannstadt) sucked.

2) I've never been to Camden, but I find a guy from dallas purporting to be a new yorker complaining about the smell from somewhere else as...well....ironic.

You're tenacity at publicly proclaiming your pathetic life (by virtue of your incessant posts here the last week) is amusing, but not unique in the least.

I doubt you've anymore staying power than most of the other pathetic jet fans who frequent these boards for a week than find something more interesting...(like inventorying their rat traps).

Please do not mistake this post for me being the least bit interested in you or your opinion, I think you're amusing at best, sad and pathetic the rest of the time.

So they need a bye week to figure out whats going wrong huh... In other words Cam Cameron is a horrible coach. A good coaches can figure out the problems with their teams and correct them as the season goes along.

Brain Trust .... NOT!!!!
Why does Wayne Hire-Zinger need all this time to figure out what we fans have known for years. Bad drafts & moves along with goofy coaches & their decisions.. No football sense for a decade.

Hey Jets fan, y'all have a stinky sh*t sandwich up there in NY, why ya wanna sniff ours?

The silver lining is we're finally out to change things after 10 years!! Please God, don't let them mess up our few years of Top 5 drafts!!!

Go Phins!! Cheers, JerryD

Cam and Randy will have it turned around next year. The Phins will make the playoffs in 08. The offense will is improving and will be solid in 08 and the defense will be corrected. Another solid draft in 2008 (like this years) and a few good free agent signins for the D and the Phins will be real competitive. To all the naysayers..just watch it happen next year and then get back to me I'll be around.

Go Phins Go!

By the way the only game I am certain we will win this year is that against the Jets!

You know what if find amazing? Is how people don't see where the real problem is. The real problem is defense, defense, defense. They forgot how to do the basics.....mainly tackling, they lost any desire to inflect pain, they lost their swagger.
The offense has produced well enough where they should have won a few games even with a mediorcer defense. But this defense is not even mediorcer, it bottom of the barrell.
The other thing that gets me is how people (mainly sportswriters) make it sound like Trent Green was a huge loss. Cleo has turned the ball quite a bit but his numbers are better than Green's including int ratio. Lets hope John Beck is even better than both of them.

YAWN. I just woke up and by golly all the experts have already posted.

SpongeWayne will NEVER put a contender on the field, plain and simple. Hell, just last night, on TV, the Dolphins were advertising remaining season tickets were for sale and that says it all. The commercial said (paraphrasing) "Come on down with the Fans". Simply amazing that SpongeWayne still thinks that people want to pay for a lessor product.

WAYNE "YOUR" team stinks and there are much better, productive, and satisfying things to do on a Sunday, like watch concrete dry, than watch the travesty you built. Give you another dime? Nope, you swindled about as much as your gonna get out of us. SELL THE TEAM SPONGE!

I agree. There is hope on the horizon. Ginn is looking better. Hagan is ok. Chatman is running the ball good. The offensive line has shown remarkable improvement in the running game. They still need work on pass protecting, but that will come in time. With another draft, Miami will at least be in contention next year. I am hoping Miami trades down out of the number 1 slot, I am also cheering for the St. Louis rams to win a game or two, for more picks. If Cleo Lemon signs with another team, Miami may need two quarterbacks next year. I figure trent green has played his last game for miami. But I figure Miami will not draft a QB before round 3 - 4. Beck would have to look just awful in the second half of this season for miami to draft a qb higher than that. Miami's top needs are, Cornerback (we need 2), defensive line (1 dt and 1 de), and wide reciever. I am still hoping some of the young defensive linemen prove to be solid players next year.

Wayne H. has said, "The buck stops here" He should put his money where his mouth is and give back to the fans. Due to the mistakes that he has made in hiring. Nick Saban was given by Wayne to much authority. Saban is at best a defensive coordinator in the NFL. Not a head Coach. He is certainly not a G.M. Saban is back in college coaching where he belongs. Wayne also had Rick Spielman as G.M. Rick made many moves and draft pick give aways that are now costing the team. In business the decision maker takes responsibility for his or her mistakes by paying or having the bottom line impacted.

The owner of the Dolphins should take responsibility by giving something back to the fans. Wayne you have our money in your pockets. Give it back! Wayne if you payed a consultant to help you with your hiring decisions. You were ripped off.

Wayne definately deserves some of the blame. Saban was a disaster. Why not talk to Marino? He was willing to come back. Perhaps with saban gone, he would reconsider? Speilman and waanstedt don't know a football from a basketball. JJ was a good judge of talent. If the dolphins owner expects anyone to attend games next year, he better cut ticket prices.
