The worst part is that Braylon went to the clinic. Can anyone spell "S-T-A-F..."?

Well, he's done for the year. When will we get notification of the Staph Infection? Good thing we signed Stallworth and have Winslow and Cribbs.....we may need them in more ways than you think.

THANK GOD WE GOT RID OF DEAD WEIGHT...IMAGINE IF THAT HAPPENED IN THE REGULAR SEASON?? JEEZE!!
I'D BE WILLING TO BET IF JAMES MAKES IT TO THE FINAL ROSTER CUTS...THAT HE WILL BE ON THE SHORT LIST OF PLAYERS PACKING...IT IS SAD AND PROBABLY A LITTLE UNFAIR TO MARK A PLAYER FOR ONE OR TWO IN THIS CASE BAD PLAYS..HOWEVER, IT IS THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS...I DON'T FEEL BAD FOR THEM AT ALL...THEY WERE LUCKY TO WEAR THE ORANGE AND BROWN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME...HOW MANY OF US WOULD LOVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SQUARE-UP WITH CLOWNEY AND HOPE HE DOESN'T FLY PAST US?? I KNOW I'D GIVE IT A TRY FOR THE LEAGUE MINIMUM...ANYHOO...GREAT TO SEE MANAGEMENT SEEING A POSSIBLE LIABILITY AND FIXING IT SOONER RATHER THAN LATER...SPEAKS TO COMMITTMENT OF WINNING THIS YEAR...WE NEED TY LAW!! EVEN IF HE LOST A STEP...KIND OF LIKE WIN-SLOW BEING BETTER THAN 90 PERCENT OF ALL OTHER TIGHT-ENDS AND BEING ONLY PHYSICALLY AT 80% OF WHAT HE IS CAPABLE OF DOING...GO BROWNS!!
James, a 5-10, 195-pound rookie free agent from UNLV, was victimized by Clowney in the fourth quarter. Clowney ran by James down the left sideline, and safety Steve Cargile didn’t get over in time. Cargile was released Sunday.
“I looked at the quarterback a little too long and the guy made a play,” said James, who was expecting Cargile’s help deep but accepted responsibility.“It was an error on myself in cover-2. I didn’t sink to the zone.”
Crennel hates giving up big plays, but refused to place too much importance on two snaps in the preseason opener.
“In those plays we got ran by,” he said.“I don’t know if we underestimated the guy’s speed or if we lost our focus. Those things do happen.
“That’s never acceptable on a defense to give up big plays and it’s hard to overcome when you give up plays like that. It’s unfortunate that it happened, but it’s good that it was a preseason game and not a regular-season game because now we can teach from it and we can learn from it.”

Apparently, none of you "Staph" infection experts dont read up on your NFL news....but you really make yourselves look extremely ignorant with your persistance with them.
Hey Mike - before you go throwing around accusations of ignorance, why don't you check yourself.

If NONE of us experts DON'T read up, I guess that means that we all read up?

Its not just the Browns...Its not just the NFL...Its not just atheletes....its a national health issue. The above is just a few of many articles regarding it.

I'd like to thank Mike and co for brain wrestling the idiots for a while. I guess the first rule of engaging the idiot in an argument is to never, EVER assume anyone on this site can read/write beyond a 6th grade level. Be sure to get that far before dealing with complicated logic and medical conditions with tricky spellings.

On to football... I say keep Edwards out until the final game of the preseason. No need to have those stitches bothering him all season.

Thanks, I am familiar with the risk of staph infection following intrusive surgeries and understand that staph cases are increasing in %.

My post wasn't about staph, it was about the irony of know-it-alls who accuse others of being ignorant while being ignorant themselves.

Bottom line... blaming the Browns, the Berea location, the doctors who perform the surgeries, or the Browns medical staff for the staph issue is beyond stupid. I think that's the main bullet point here...

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Pisces

Mercury's retro phase in Capricorn will raise questions in your mind about a friend or loved one during the next two weeks. You might wonder what they're playing at and have to ask them to be straight with you, or you could work hard at overcoming the current problems between you so you're able to enter a much more positive phase in your relationship.
