My biggest frustration is that knowing the anemicy of our offense and the inability to improvise from the QB position, the Tarvarius change should have been made weeks ago. If BC is the coach we want him to be, take the skirt off and get it done! You have fans paying big bucks to support the team, at least try not to lull them to sleep, otherwise I'll nap in my recliner rather than buying $6 warm beers.

Tarvaris will be the man. Childress was just getting him ready. Even though he could've pulled the trigger earlier.

Up until the Jets game, I was willing to respect the decisions of BC to keep playing Johnson.
Although I got REAL tired of hearing "Gives us the best chance to win," I figured if anybody knew who gave us the best chance to win, it would be the head coach.

That's why I was so surprised to see how composed and good Jackson looked in the 4th quarter of the Jets game.
He sure looked ready to me. Why wasn't he ready 2 weeks prior?? If Jackson comes in and beats the Packers then the Rams, or even just plays well, the question of why wasn't he played earlier when we had a chance at the playoffs will haunt us all through the off-season. I'd hate to go through the entire summer knowing that in hindsight, Jackson would have given us "The best chance to win" in 2006.

I think the secondary gets healthy this week. Green Bay won't be able to run and Favre will force things.

GB make all QB's look good. This is a perfect game to start Jackson.

I'm going with guarded optimism...not many rookie qb's are successful off the bat...good game or bad i'll keep my hopes in check

Lambeau field, Thursday night football, cold as hell and Brett Freaking Farve looking on from the other side. Talk about trial by fire.
Pretty sure we'll get a good handle on what we've got here.

I believe TJack will fare better than Favre. Favre has had a hard time at Lambo this year.

Plus, TJack starting will fire up the whole team.

Get ready, Pack!!

You're spot on about Jackson firing up the rest of the team. I'm thinking the pressure won't be near as bad as it has on the QB. Which of course makes us...the winner!

I just hope the pass defense is a bit better than the Jets game. Otherwise, Farve could pick em apart like Pennington did. Hopefully I am wrong!

The Vikes will be able to rest a little on defense for a change. They should be fresher.

Favre is still one of the softer pics around. He takes too many chances, too many throws into coverage.

LOL! Love ya' too Humper. I hope Jackson isn't TOO good, I have to miss this one too because of my lower education and occupation. 33-10 Vikes!( From a BEARS fan tonight )! Yeah, he has Minnesota this week in the 33 pool.

Yes. Our D has a flaw. Hopefully, We'll cover that, right side of o-line and, receiver during the offseason. I wish I could be an eye-witness to tonight's game!

Looking to next season the Vikings should be fierce. There are 2 #1s hurt and out for the season on defence.Get after some defensive backs in free agency and the draft and with Jackson at QB it should be intense. 2008 Super bowl anyone.

That's what I'm sayin'!

We do need to address our pass rush a little and get some O-line help and we be goin' to the big one!

I agree that Brad Johnson should be benched. This system doesn't suit him well. However, all the penalties, dropped passes and missed blocking assignments can't be attributed to Johnson. I think its time for the rest of the team to start bearing some of the burden
