Andy Reid says Eagles capable of winning a championship

Maybe the ocean breeze and a little sunshine got to Andy Reid. Or maybe the Eagles coach was lured into speaking by an offer of -- or threat to withhold -- his favorite morning meal, a breakfast burrito. Full Story

He is right the Steagles could win a championship if the merged with the Steeler's and got rid of Reid as the head coach and McSlob as the QB. Also Move out of Philly.

Got Six rings do you?

How many burritos did he eat no less than 5 I bet, the only way they will win a championship or super bowel, is if he and ebony are GONE!!! Another year coming up of wasted time managment, how much you wanna bet Andy will be 350 by the time mini camps open??

McNabb is not the problem. I would have him on my team anyday over qb in the NFL minus maybe an untouchable qb(the good Manning or Brady.)

Reid is right that they can win a championship, but they need to address thier needs instead of saying we're fine with what we got mentality that has not worked. WR-Hank Baskett is not going to carry the team to a Superbowl. The year the got T.O. they destroyed everyone 13-3 record which would have been 15-1 had they not rested everyone. RB-someone to compliment Westbrook.

Granted Dawkins is one of my favorite players in NFL I can see why they let him walk. However, they need to replace that team leader guy.

Another hater! Six rings brings out the worst in people. Especially losers who never won jack sh*t! Maybe Andy should let his heroin junkie kids play. At least when they throw up in the superbowl they will have a legitimate reason(HEROIN SICK)

C'mon Eagles fans...bring on the anger. I am not seeing enough of it.

Let me see that worthless hate drive this team into another disappointing season. This potion does not work. I think you need to take the advice of the doctor in the first Spiderman..."Back to formula"....

I gave up following the NFL about ten years ago.... The franchise shifting, expansion and realignment led me to find more productive things to do on fall Sundays....

Were are all the Big Green Eagle fans that had themselves pencil'd into the Superbowl before the Cardinals game?

Typical "Stepford" fans, talk smack when things are good, and hide like little beatches when then get Hammered by the cardinals......

They're multi-millions under the cap and all the decent free-agents are signed. They've got more draft picks than they can use. And really, how excited should I get about a bunch of stock piled fifth round picks. Ya, they have 21 and 28 in the first, but they're not rebuilding. They need a couple of proven quality performers. Not a casting call for back-ups. I've been patiently, loyally waiting for them to impliment a plan they I fear does not exist.

I see it also brings out the typical Steelers fan that is full of themselves. Congrats on 6 rings. My team has 2 before you run your mouth and think i'm an Eagle fan. With that said I agree with J-Rolls comments and would be upset if I were an Eagle fan. They have a good team and are only a piece or two away from getting a chance to actually win a Superbowl. I guess they are content with teasing the fans every year.

Why shouldn't we be full of ourself? 1st to 6 and 2 in a few years and we did it with one of the lowest paid teams in the NFL. Who's your team?

Not exactly. The 1948 Browns went undefeated in the AAFC.
When the Browns joined the NFL in 1950 after the AAFC folded, all they did was to SPANK the defending champion Eagles in the first game of the season, beat them again (and, to prove a point in the second game, do it without throwing a single pass) and go on to beat the Rams for the 1950 NFL Title.
