Jets' Jones worked out while he sat out

Sporting huge forearms and looking ripped, Thomas Jones was back on the field for a second straight day Thursday during the Jets' next-to-last week of offseason training activities.

I wish TJ would put his workout regimen online. I heard it's akin to Tony Horton and his P90X routine. Geez, I would love to spend one week with him in the gym. You would probably learn a lifetime of good training tips.

guy signs a contract, gets most of the money upfront and is unhappy only making a million bucks a year. maybe TJ ought to take a look at the economy and consider himself lucky. what a great example he sets. glad he had time to pump iron. just shut up and play.
