I am very happy with this pick. I was sure that we were going to trade down but when the JETS took Sanchez I knew we did not have any leverage. Our O line will be greatly improve with the other OT picked in the 2nd round. Garrard and MDJ have to be very please. Tomorrow lets address the D line and secondary and we will be in a great position. "NFL teams welcome to Jacksonville and prepare to get hit"

It will be interesting to see how the Jags utilize these picks.
With Tra Thomas already signed, you have to figure he'll start at one tackle spot, with Monroe starting at the other, so Britton's going to have to battle for a back-up spot.

Wow. He's an arrogant sob isn't he? Now I'm glad the Vikings took Loadholt.

You guys will love Britton. He works hard and plays hard. He's not arrogant. He's an intense player. As a wildcat, I watched his whole career. He's very technically sound and I think he gave about 3 or 4 sacks his entire career. Enjoy him and Mike Thomas running your slot for 10 years.

These two draft picks solidify Jaguar's LO for the next ten years. Accoreding to NFL.com , Garrard was the most sacked, hit, and knocked to the ground QB. YOu must keep the QB's jersey clean. If you do this then the receivers have time to get open. No more 5-7 yard slants on 3 and 10.
