Full story: Baltimore Sun

Wildcat formations. Double reverses. Receiver option passes. The Ravens are sprinkling their offensive playbook with a little spice, and the confidence to use those gadget plays is producing results.

Any truth to the rumor that Flacco injured his throwing hand?

I'd like to see them successfully run one of these plays against decent competition. Seems like we have a great playbook against losers like Cincy and Cleveland, but when we play the Giants or Colts we're pretty boring. Is it that these gimmic plays only work on garbage teams with no discipline?
Like its gonna work against the Giants

I totally agree...it's easy to be successful with trick plays against bad teams, but I'm waiting for some creativity when it is needed. The truth is the fundamentals are not rock solid and that's why Cam needs to mix up things against tougher opponents. More wildcat in coming weeks.

When most of your o-line is guys that would be on practice squads elsewhere you gotta do something different.
The funny thing about you is that you never back up anything you say. You just say things that way out in left field somewhere. The OL is playing better than half of the league while being the youngest. A squad that should have been on the practice squad is the Texans line that gave up 73 sacks.

Signs of excitement...or desperation? Sure, there's life AFTER Billick, but come on, what happened to no expectations no disappointments. God help the team if they don't make it to the playoffs and perform well, this town will crucify them. Remember a few months ago when we were even thinking if .500 was attainable? Keep the trick plays in the video games and Pop Warner!
