Win or lose, the Steelers are gonna have at least 1 or 2 key players injured by time it's over. I'm gonna go out on a limb and predict that Ben Rothlisburger is one of them.

You forgot the worst cheap shot of all: when Ward poked Baxter in the eyes while lying on top of him on national TV. The announcers even used the "telestrator" to show it in slow motion!

You also forgot to mention the time when Hiney Wart ground C-Mac's head into the ground when the refs weren't looking.

Ward is grinning jerk. Kind of a shame that a talented athlete can't class up. Go Ravens!!!!!!!!!

That's all well and good. Rest assured that coach Harbaugh and his staff will have their team focused on football not the Brian Billick bull crap. It's Ravens football time. Agh it's great to see. I look for a good tough hard fought football game. Go RAVENS! Oh by the way Ravens 26 - Steelers 16.

Ward is a dirty player and I do not know why the Ravens have not knocked him around more. Since he is older and slower now, maybe this is going to be the game.

No Parker, Hampton, Kridel, and a hurt Big Ben with that bad of an OL spells doom for the Stillers.

Ravens 13 Stillers 7

This could end up being the best MNF game ever played. Probably should be rated "R" for extreme violence. Look for a low scoring game that the Ravens win by a field goal.

How about the best hit ever, which was completely legal, from Bart Scott.

Ah yes nothing like dumb Steeler fan banter on a Sunday morning! Makes me miss the old Steel town. Go back to your Iron City Slick and go pick out that 15 year old jersey with a new name taped on it.

You bringing your band? What shade of purple are you wearing? My favorite is your purple passion website! That's cute.
Reed and Scott got embarrassed on national TV last year by a wide receiver.

Hey whatever buddy I'm not here to call people names like some little kid. I'm here 'cause I love the game of football and enjoy talking to other people about the game of football.

Here's something that hasnt' come up that we could talk about. Flacco hasn't thrown any TDs yet and has 2 interceptions. The Steelers are averaging 2 interceptions per game. The Steelers have only allowed 2 TDs (plus 1 garbage TD) in 3 games. No matter how good a defense is the offense still has to put up some points.(usually)

Not. The best hit ever was when Harrison buried Ed Reed on a punt return. Textbook tackle that lifted reed off the ground, popped the ball about 10 feet in the air, and just stuffed him into the grass. Later in the game the second best hit ever was when Ward finished the job by knocking Reed out. Those were classic. And it was on monday night football. Go Steelers.

Ravens are Steeler wannabees. Ravens wish that Ward was on their side instead of the wimpy wide receivers and tight end they have. And Bart Scott brags about his hit on Rothlisberger. He was unblocked, any high school sophomore could have done the same. Monday night, Joe Flacco will learn what it is like to play in the real NFL.

I think you may be right, but then I'm a Steeler fan and that's what I want to believe. I do know that in the past Coach LeBeau has been very rough on rookie quarterbacks. I hope our guys bring it tomorrow night. Go Steelers.

Ward isn't made of steel. His game is made of stealing around the field, often while under the protective cover of being an eligible receiver, and finding an opportunity to take a cheap shot.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Virgo

You aren't fooling anyone - it's easy for everyone else to see that inexperienced people are unaware of their obligations, Virgo. You're grumpy about starting a familiar process from the beginning again, but don't let that get in the way of getting on with it. Sour grapes have no place in your daily dealings. Although you may 'own' a project, it's ultimately in the hands of someone else. Deal with it and then move on.
