Redskins at Vikings

There are 14 comments on the The Orlando Sentinel story from Dec 23, 2007, titled Redskins at Vikings. In it, The Orlando Sentinel reports that:

The Vikings (8-6) control their fate in the race for a wild-card berth. A loss tonight and the Redskins jump knee-deep into mix, ahead of the Vikes, in fact. Minnesota will play to its strength, running it with rookie TB Adrian Peterson (1,278 yards, 12 TDs) and the league's top-ranked rushing attack and stopping it with DT Kevin Williams and the league's top defense against the run (67.9 yard per game). Unfortunately for the Redskins, they'll need Clinton Portis (1,082 yards, 8 TDs) to bail out career backup QB Todd Collins. Read more

No QB, no run game, defensive rookie secondary getting shredded, not looking like a good ending at all.

The biggest game in Childress coaching career at home and he lays a complete egg! The team didn't come out and play like it was a play-off game, in fact it looked like a pre-season game with lack of effort. TJ just sucks! Another year without a play-off birth and a bleak future to ponder..........

After the G.B. game they changed some of their schemes.
I predicted D-cord. would counter them.
SF in the 2nd half started things.
I also said teams did not respect TJ and we're in fact laughing at him.
8/9 in the box is making Peterson look like a back up.
Childress can't make adjustments. Why did he start a 3 year project ( his words) in year 2?

I don't care how much talent we get,Childress will be outsmarted, coached.
TJ will find a way to blow it no matter what.

The Redskins beat Miami, Philadelphia, Detroit, Arizona, NYJ, Chicago, NYG.

The Redskins lost to NYG, Green Bay, New England, Philadelphia, Tampa Bay,
Dallas and Buffalo.

They suck.

We lost to a sucky team that Madden praised for three hours.

Madden was loving up Gibbs because Gibbs is done.

The whole thing added insult to injury.

GO DALLAS!

Seen this one coming. Big game, prime time, and just need 1 win to get in. Fooled me when the defense got a 3 n out right off the bat. But tavaris came through 2 plays later. The guy cannot make good decisions. Then when he does, it is far too late. I imagine that Dallas will hand the win to the Redskins this week. Opting to sit their good players. I just wonder if Dallas wants the redskins in the playoffs. Sometimes you can throw out records on rival games...

I agree.
Dallas at #1 has a bye. They will only face Wash.if the redskins win their wild card game.
