Colt McCoy has better stats than this guy. So does Tim Tebow. I can't believe Ingram was picked favorite just because of his school instead of his record. I am disappointed . This is rigged.

I apologize for making fun of Mark for crying. But, Toby Gerhart should've won it!!! FACT!:| They must have been under pressure by the NAACP to give the Heisman to Ingram because a white guy, Sam Bradford, won it last year. LOL :\........Sad, but true!

Also, did you know that Gerhart was also taking 21 credits and has a GPA of 3.25? He's not only great on the football field. But, he is VERY INTELLIGENT!

Go flush your self down the toilet with that crap spewing filthy mouth of yours...or shut up. Who wants some lowlife vile vermon for a rabit fan blogging on his behalf?! And Ingram's father is in the federal penitentiary for money laundering and bank fraud. What a loser like his supporters.

Sam Bradford is Cherokee Indian (albeit mixed blooded). Most Cherokees are part white with reddish-brown hair usually attributed to part Irish or Scottish heritage. They intermixed a lot with white settlers. John Wayne portrayed such historical realities in his 1969 Western movie "The Undefeated" when his Cherokee Scout, the bugler, rides off with a Confederate Colonel's daughter, a white southern belle. Today, full-blooded Cherokees are rare. They usually have more white than indigenous ancestry but are still enrolled as "Cherokee" in Oklahoma. Some of you probably are too young to know of John Wayne. He was the most famous Western actor of the 1900s and died in the late 1970s. Although blatantly bigoted in his youth, he eventually befriended Native Americans later in his life. The Cherokee was played by Roman Gabriel, a quarterback for the LA Rams. One of the confederates was played by Merlin Olsen.

For decades, African Americans weren't even allowed on the field or on campus with white athletes. Such segregation could be found at most major colleges throughout the country until the mid 1960s. Alabama was heavily segregated during the days of George Wallace (ironically, his daughter voted for Obama). Alabama would have had a Heisman winner by the 1960s if it hadn't been for the Jim Crow Laws. But those days are gone, and now Ingram has finally won one for Alabama fair-and-square.(I am going to UF by the way).

It's apparent that you're just partial to the SEC, that's all. The only school in the SEC that I'm partial to is LSU.:\

When it comes to picking the actual Heisman Trophy winner, me being impartial to the Pac-10 or SEC says that my opinion weighs heavier than yours........since, I know the SEC is much more powerful than the Pac-10. Therefore, since the Heisman is an individual award, not a team award, the clear winner is Toby Gerhart. Toby Gerhart deserved the Heisman Trophy, not Mark Ingram! FACT! By the way, I went to LSU-Shreveport and I have a nephew that graduated from the University of Alabama; and, he loves Alabama as much as I love my Fightin' Tigers from LSU!

Ungram? You don't even know Ingram's name! LOL What makes you such an expert anyway! Looks can be deceiving anyway. You said Gerhart LOOKED like he was going to throw up. He might've just been wanting to congratulated Ingram for.......badly mistakingly......winning the Heisman Trophy. That had to be the biggest setup in awards in AWARDS HISTORY. Alabama won the Heisman, not Ingram........you idiot! If Gerhart played for Bama and Ingram played for Stanford, Gerhart would've no doubt got the Heisman Trophy........no doubt about it!:\

You have got to be the most pathetic tool on this forum. LSU was simply pathetic this year so you and all the other LSU idiots want to take th credit away from Mark Ingram. You should pray to ever have an athlete the caliber of Mark Ingram and to ever again have a coach the caliber of Nick Saban. LSU is the most disgusting place on earth. When you have LSU fans that throw urine filled baloons on visiting fans you have reached an all time low. You creeps make my skin crawl.
