I am pretty sure that he's gay. I am COMPLETELY sure that he's a hot stud and I would let him 'tebow' me for a long afternoon.

I sincerely hope he is straight. I know from first hand experience how hard it is growing up in a strict Christian household and society and to be gay. I finally came out at 26. All my worst fears came true as my parents and siblings as well as the church rejected me and who I am. I can however now say that this baptism of fire prepared me for a lot later in life. Not having your family around as a support is devastating. My cousin committed suicide as he could not face it. So dearest Tim if you are straight thn enjoy the security that offers. If not just remember although you may feel alone, scared, rejected and or unloved, there is a world of people that you don't know yet that will support you and help you through accepting yourself and finding peace. In the meantime enjoy what you are doing and exercising the talents God gave you. Here is a message from another Tim from around 2000 years ago: 1 Timothy 4:12

I am gay. My life partner of many years was a married man with 3 young children when we met. Getting married to a gorgeous woman means nothing.

Spoken like a true Christian.
You know, David, it's a pity you'll never have the balls to utter that in real time.
Spoken like a true idiot more like it, not a true Christian. A true Christian would never say such a thing, because no where in the bible does it say anything about two people of the same sex in love... However there were two words used in biblical times that lumped homosexuals into a group of people that did not procreate, and those two words were Eunuch (Greek) and Saris (Assyrian). Jesus speaks of people like this... And basically tells people that they too can know god, and to basically LEAVE THEM ALONE.

I think if people studied true Christianity, and not the garbage distortions thanks to Rome, and the rest of Europe (especially in the Victorian era).. People would definitely look at the faith very very differently.

I read an interview with Tebow last year where he stated he was dating girls due to his "morals" yet the Bible doesn't insist on a man to be dateless in order to have good morals.
I wouldn't have started this thread but Tebow asked for it by aligning himself with Focus on the Family with that SuperBowl ad.
Sure, we've heard of his "girlfriends" but give me a break. If Tebow had a real girlfriend we'd know about it and if ANYONE was a superstar in the sport's world and was straight he'd have a girlfriend.
Now of course some of you uneducated homophobes will give the knee-jerk reaction but face facts or offer up some proof. I heard he was living with his boyfriend in Gainesville...
I just heard from a reliable source that McMike, the rumor monger, is a pedaphile & writes threads besmirchinG others because he knows he has no life

Gay, straight, bi, asexual, who cares! He's hot, and is a great guy. He's caring and talented and anyone, male or female, would be lucky to have a man like Tim Tebow by their side.

Can't believe I'm even wasting my time replying to this, but here goes....If you were not raised in a Christian home(and I mean people that don't just talk the talk)you have no idea how committed to staying pure people can be. Tim Tebow has said he does not allow himself to be put in a situation where he is tempted(i.e. being alone with someone of the opposite sex) which is VERY WISE for anyone who is trying to stay pure. I am so tired of people who have NO IDEA what it is like to have high standards/morals to call other people GAY because they choose to OBEY what the BIBLE says even though it may STRANGE to the rest of the world.
You are very wise and 100% right. Unfortunately, this generation believes that not having sex, has to be a sign of gay. People that believe in the Bible knows that sin outside of marriage is a sin. Not me saying it guys, The Lord God says it is fornication, good enough for me. So don't persecute someone's beliefs, that is honored by God. Wouldn't hurt you to pick up a Bible once in awhile.

Well, that all sounds very nice. But it's very dubious that he is about the ONLY young
straight religious man not to so much as even had a DATE with a woman, much less a chaste regular girlfriend. The fact is he has NEVER had a real girlfriend, and he is, what, 30 now? Secondly, for those with gaydar ----- I'm sorry, but he acts gay.
Now there's nothing wrong with any of this, it's his life, but it's kind of sad he seems to have trapped himself. Nor is it wrong for us to be curious; he's a public figure. So please, all of you, stop lecturing at high volume.

He is 26, has had dates and at least 2 confiirmed girlfriends (albeit short term) and several cleat chasers after him that make it hard to date (publicly). Not preaching here, but at
least get your research correct!

Oh please --- "hard to date publicly"? What does that mean? And how come no other pro athletes have this problem? The man is GAY. Now some gay people stay in the closet indefinitely, which is their choice. But they're still gay. Nor do I have anything against religion. There are many openly gay religious persons, but Tebow has sort of boxed himself in with his hyper-public religiosity. Usually a hyper-religious public person like him who has insisted he's straight just goes ahead and gets married, it's not really that hard, but the fact he has had virtually no girlfriend by....age 26...indicates he's really struggling with it.
