Have you ever critiqued any other quarterback in the NFL to this degree? How about Sanchez or even McElRoy? They actually started games for the jets & they stunk. Tebow was never given that chance but you & the jets indicate style is more important than winning. Winning is the one intangible he has demonstrated & you discount that as if his mechanics is all that matters. Admit it. You and most in the media do not want Tebow to be successful & all of you are going to do what you can with the pen to ensure he is unsuccessful.

Why do you think the media doesn't want TT to be successful? I would think that with all the opportunities his being in the NFL gives the media for comment, the media would want him to stay as long as possible. I can't see any gain for any media person to want him to fail. In fact, I can't see coaches, team mates, or anyone else wanting see him fail. It simply makes no sense.

It's absurd that with all of the things going on in the offseason with big free agents and teams resigning big players that some members of the media just won't get off the bash tebow train.

Seriously move on already.

Tim Tebow could be a football machine if someone could capitalize on his strenghts and not worry about his weaknesses. But some people can't see the forest for the tree. Coaches only see the statement "Tebow cannot pass the ball with accuracy". Then they don't look any further. In the limited time Tim had to play with the Jets he completed 6 of 8 passes (75%) for a total of 39 (avg 4.9) yards with no Interceptions. This is behind an offense that let Sanchez complete 246 of 453 (54%) for 2,883 yards (avg 6.4 yards)

Not to mention Sanchez is a turnover machine. I mean look at josh freeman vs the saints last season who had the worst secondary. He threw five picks in one game.

Tebow's game doesn't fit the tradituonal NFL model, therefore the "experts" lack the ability to properly evaluate his potential.

Put him in the right situation and he will win it all, when he came out of highschool he was a "fullback playing QB" and would never make it in college according to many "experts". Those experts disappeared until he headed to the NFL.

I think the negative evaluations have more to do with Tebow's beliefs and personality than his actual ability to win games.

You are right. Other than his 40% completion percentage it has to be his beliefs, like the belief he is an NFL caliber QB

Tebowmaniacs say: TT will be successful as a QB if put in the right system all catering to his strengths, with the right coaches who coach to all his strengths and all the right players surrounding him to make up for what he lacks.

LOL, any QB who's still in COLLEGE even and maybe you could even find a high school QB who would have success if EVERYTHING was catered to his strengths and abilities.

No other QB has EVER received that kind of treatment without proving their worth and doing it on a consistent level for at least a few years! Why should TT for the 1000th time get a pass when there's been others before him who were better who didn't?

Stick to what you think you know in your bibles tebowmaniacs, because you definitely know nothing about football.
