Browns shock Giants 35-14

The Cleveland Browns may have flipped around their season. Led by tumbling wide receiver Braylon Edwards, who announced his team's return to Monday night after five years by sticking an Olympic-caliber cartwheel and back flip during pregame introductions, Cleveland ended New York's 11-game road winning streak with a 35-14 win over the defending Super Bowl champions. Cleveland quarterback Derek Anderson, whose job was in serious jeopardy just a few weeks ago, threw one of his two touchdown passes to Edwards, cornerback Eric Wright intercepted Eli Manning and returned it 94 yards for a touchdown and the Browns (2-3) finally looked worthy of a prime-time TV slot.

true dat...I grew up going to browns games...I even enlisted in the Navy in that old stadium...been awhile since I have been uplifted by my old team...now if only the raiders could figure out how to win a game or two...

Yeah I know what you're saying... My wife is a Raider fan. She's related to one of their players back in the seventies -Marv Hubbard - so she has always been a Raider fan since then. We haven't had much to cheer about in our household for several years hahahahaha

He did a pre-season game that I caught. He might, I don't know for sure. He's not on the radio - Doug Dieken is though with Donovan. Living in Bills country I don't get to see the Browns play every week. I need to get the NFL Sunday ticket. At least they play 5 prime time games this year. What do you think about the Washington game coming up? I hope they can keep the focus they had on Monday night. should be a good one, I might be able to pick that one up since its a 4:15 game probably on FOX.

Hence the Browns are 2-4 and suck just like any other season. Close games mean crap when you cant win them. Too bad the playoff teams are not selected by how many FEW points they lost by!
