The Pat's didn't take advantage of their great receiver Corp. They started nearly every first down with a run for next to no yards. They should have abandoned the run and passed on first down to anyone, but Moss. They played away from their strength and into the Jet's strength on first down in the second half. When the best cornerback goes down spread the ball around to all receivers.

Randy Moss was serving kool-aide in the locker room at the half so no one else could show him up after that catch. Framington what the hell is that?

Brady is a hall of fame quarterback at the start of the game and then (with the rest of the team) gradually becomes a bum. Why? Is he a clinically diagnosed schizophrenic or is the coaching staff not managing the game effectively? In a moment of candor one of the bigmouthed Jets boasted after the game that the Patriots couldn't adjust to their changes. Tedy Bruschi put it more diplomatically "Rookie coaches, like rookie players, make mistakes. You don't have to be an expert to see this. Even in a simple game of street football kids will make changes after every play. All things being equal, the team with the best adjustments win the game.
Its generally accepted that BB was the mastermind behind the Superbowls. There is also no question that the Pats' second half woes coincide with the degeneration of our great coaching staff - first Crennel and Weis, then Mangini, and finally McDaniels. Even a genius can't manage a game from the sidelines.
