Tarik Glenn has been outstanding at his position for a decade. I'd like to personally thank him for tremendous service to the Indianapolis Colts organization.

Thank you, Tarik.

First- Colts lose a few of the good players they had left on D. The Colts have the worse starting Linebacking group in the NFL. The D line is very weak against the run and when you have no Linebackers to help that is not good. Sanders and Freeney can not save this defense alone.

Secondly- You lose your main man on the o-line. We all know Manning is not the same qb when he has to scramble, and he could be doing alot of that this year especially with the defenses he will be facing.

Third- Colts werent any better then New England or Baltimore last year, they just had a play or two more go there way. Ravens win that game if Steve Mcnair does not throw a int on the 1 yd line and NE was 1 minute away from punking Indy out of the playoffs once again. But Indy won both games, congrats. The point is, they were not any better of a team, just better that game on a few plays. Baltimore and New England got better, Cincy and Pittsburgh will be better and San Diego was as good as anybody last year. All of this on top of the Colts getting worse on d and losing Glenn. That spells a down season from last year and probably a 9 to 10 win season and a early exit from playoffs.

Much tougher to repeat and Indy does not have enough help outside of Manning, Addai, Harrison and Wayne to do that.

Hopefully the rest of the o-line can take up the slack for Tarik's guaranteed 1 false start penalty per game.

He will be greatly missed, but it is understandable what a tole 10 years at OL in the NFL can take on a persons body. Thank You Tarik, and get ready to fill some big shoes Tony Ugoh.

I don't know what to say. What a bummer!! We actually met Tarik in New Palestine at a PureFun presentation. He was a fun speaker with a great message for all of the kids and parents who attended. Truly a strong Christian man.

He is a class act and will be missed. Best of luck!

Wah, wah, wah! Boo hoo! I think that all of us true Colt's fans are still confident we can get the job done.
While I agree that the other players will be missed, they haven't exactly been replaced with jr. high kids!!
HEY INDY....are ya' ready for some football??? GO COLTS!!

Good for you. It is always best to go out when things are good. Remember to give thanks to God for the life he has given you and the talent to allow you to retire and enjoy your family andlife at the young age of 31.

Guess the O-Line will have to find another person to rack up the false start flags...

I wish I could have retired at 31, heck I wish I could retire now at 39. Good luck and no more false starts.
