I agree with you folks that Bob DID have a major surgery in the offseason. Bill and Tony are just being the intelligent individuals that they are. There is no need for Bob-O to practice. He is still keeping in shape running his ass off everyday. Every good team has a GREAT safety, and we are fortunate enough to have Bob. In addition, we have a rising star in Antoine Bethea. Don't be surprised when the Horse make a run at another title. And the Tony Ugoh predicament....What better way than to break him in than lining him up against one of the best pass rushers in the game. Robert Mathis will make him work, and Peyton will be in his ass even more. I cannot WAIT until the season begins. Go Colts, baby.....

Polian values Sanders as a defensive "anchor" just as he demonstrated that he values Freeny--that's good enough for me.

Bob, you take as you need to heal. You are a difference maker on defense, regardless of what some of these mindless posters say.

I know that you will be there when we need you for that next SB run!

Get ready people now and get your whining together....BOB will NOT be a Colt next season...TOO injury prone and you know Polian gets rid of a guy before he breaks down completely....trust the GM

If there is anybody that does not need training camp it is Bob Sanders.
Have you seen Bob lately? Dude needs to leave the weight room immediately. The weightroom has worked for you.
Colts fan you know what happens when Bob is in there. The Playoffs last season was no accident. If I was Dungy the only thing Bob would be doing is running during training camp and that it. With BS the Colts are the BLUE CURTAIN. Without BS the Colts are mini-blinds from the dollar tree.

Ugoh is playing the same position he played in college and he will adjust to the NFL just fine.Mudd has done a great job with the offensive line since being hired as the OL coach. If he feels that Ugoh should be the starting LT so be it.
