Jerry Jones' main problem is his lack of NFL acumen. He has been riding the 1989 decision to hire Jimmy Johnson, 3 Super Bowl wins as demonstrated proof of his NFL football acumen. Well my take is his last 13 seasons without a playoff win. That has clearly demonstrated his true NFL acumen and proven the old adage that even blind squirrels find nuts.

Well, I never have been a fair weather fan, suffering one disappointing season after another for 13 seasons following the cowboys. Many things are foggy....Tony Romo's true ability, an aging offensive line, how many thugs make a good football team, is Jason Garrett really an offensive coordinator, etc..... But what is quite clear is that Jerry Jones is about the money. Follow the dollar.... If the stands are full and the Dallas Cowboy gear is moving, and the team is in the news, well, the revenue is coming in. That is all that matters to him. It's not about the fans and never will be.

Good point. But yet the idiot fans still support them. An intelligent NFL fan should see that and invest in a real team.

The owner of the Cowboys needs to fire the general manager of the Cowboys and hire a bona fide general manager to oversee all aspects of the team....The problem with the Cowboys stems from the very top....Just look at what Parcells has done at Miami...He could have done that here...
But Jones owns the team and he likes to bounce his own ball and he will continue to do so I'm going to start to root for the Texas Longhorns....!!!
