Rodgers sharp, Packers strong on road in 30-20 victory over Rams

Backed by a huge contingent of cheeseheads who were every bit as loud as the real home fans, Rodgers passed for three touchdowns and Green Bay's depleted defence clamped down on the Rams in a 30-20 victory on Sunday.

It was another of those games where you almost forgot the Packers were playing on the road. If you just listen to the crowd noise you do forget! There are no fans in the NFL that travels like Packer fans!

What was AR...30-37 around 350 yards and 3 Td 0 INT's.I guess hes warming up and it was nice to see Jordy with his 8 catches over 100 yards and Casey Haward with his 4 INT in 3 games!..a nd if Devon House can play with that shoulder harness and do ok and not re injure it.
Williams and Hawyard at the corners with House off the bench and Shields an drop back a spot on the charts,,thats pretty solid as Hawyard should improve as he gets more experience. Again i just hope the Screwjob in Seattle doesnt cost them.At 4-3 adn a Chicago win at 5-1...1 1-2 games back and a Packer bye week coming up i a few weeks ( where Chicago obviously makes up for that game for equal games),BUT if GB can win out or go 8-1 or better the rest of the way,they can guarantee a playoff spot ( 8-1 would put them at 12-4,,,or 7-2 the rest of the way puts them at 11-5 which should get them in,so they are in an ok spot right now,but, 2 with MINN, coming up will tell the story, another with Chi ( who Packers have been dominating the last 2 or 3 seasons)Lots of games to go,but, a win vs Jacksonville,and Arizona and finish off at 6-3 for the bye week puts them in a nice spot for the final 7 game run.but first they have to beat Jacksonville and Arizona first.

cmon now the vikes- u honestly believe there d can stop the pack pass offense.I doubt it very much. Jordys on a tear cobb is solid ,jones has become a pleasant surprise- throw crabtree and williams in and the vikes will be scratching there heads wondering what happened.

Minn. still have Jared Allen vs Marshall Newhouse so thats trouble and i do like that kid from Notre Dame Smith the Safety .Minnesota is improving like many predicted,they arent there yet IMO,but,they are certainly a team to not take lightly and are capable of beating some good teams.
