Why is this newsworthy? McKinnie's a WASTE of a roster spot and way OVERPAID for his slacker performance.

McKinnie is the laziest, most overrated football player I've seen on the Vikings in years. he could be very good... instead, he's under mediocre. pathetic. and now that he sees his starting LT job could be in jeopardy, SUDDENLY he wants to get in shape. amazing coincidence. move him to RT, draft Tyron Smith, and pray to god that Loadholt can figure out how to play RG. you certainly can't cut McKinnie or Loadholt.

Oh lord. I'm gonna go to hell anyway, so here goes:

- so, that's what they call it now? Playing 'tennis'? Cooolll...

- So, who has the bigger butt here? I vote 'venus'....

- Hey!!! Is that ol' Brett, cell phone in hand, watching this mess?

-Sweat off two pounds playing tennis, then have a 10,000 calorie lunch. It ain't working for this unattractive couple.....

-Yikes. Fat B is still letting points scored BEHIND him. Tennis, Vikings, same same...

- Not in story: fat B: " so, we clubbin' tonight?" fat V: "oh yeah. On your card tonight. And then, deny, deny, deny..."

Just another day in loserville......

My mind is so full of smart alec comments I don't know where to begin.

OK, here goes.....
What's the difference between McKinnie blocking an onrushing lineman and a tennis ball?

NOTHING, He can't stop either one from getting past him.

$250,000 bonus? Just one of many things that's just plain wrong with professional sports, from top to bottom. My middle class wages are inadequate to go to a Vikings game, and the I read $250,000 BONUS? No sympathy here for players OR owners - you deserve each other!

Yeah. Nice Picture, in your Topix name logo profile thing, of James Hetfield (Metallica). The fire in the background sets it off good. And like the "Kill 'Em All" reference. Wonder if he is a Viking fan?

I'm crushed that he's only lost 5 pounds!! He said he was going to work with a personal trainer and drop 20 in the off-season. He's had over 3.5 month's and has only managed to drop 5 pounds?? Are you kidding me?? In this day and age with all personal trainers, nutritional consultants, he could hire someone to make healthy meals for him, to lose 5 pounds in 3.5 month's can ONLY mean lack of effort. I'm disappointed that he thinks so little of his commitment to the Vikings. Not to kick him when he's down, but I also would have expected him to look a TON more athletic playing tennis. Let's go DL at #12 and look for TCU's OT Cannon in R2 (wanted PSU C Wisnewski, but after seeing this, I want an OT).
