I don't want to hear about how impressive Clemens was or how much better he is than Chad. Bottom line is the Jets lost another game.
Bad teams find ways to lose and the Jets are bad: Poor tackling, about 10 dropped passes, untimely turnover, horrible game mgt at the end of regulation.

Sucko Jets 60 2-14 and F Up the 2nd pick in the draft behind Miami.

Ugly football played by a bad team!

I don't want to hear about how the polar ice caps are melting and might eventually raise ocean levels enough to cover New York and drown cat tamers like you. Thanks for the news flash professor. |

Hey newsday, nice game explanation "The Redskins scored 23 unanswered points against the Jets to spoil Kellen Clemens' first game as the Jets starting QB".
23 unanswered points? That would mean the Jets were leading 20 to 0. Which they never were. What a pathetic newspaper. You guys report facts like a dumb/deaf, and blind person. You suck. |
Because we all know that a dumb/deaf, and blind person (also known as a "hamburger"), can't report football very well. You rabid cat turd. |
This team just continues to find ways to lose. First they need to look at some other teams scouts to see how talent is really found.
Oh yeah, maybe one of these years they will be able to stop the run. Portis, no 100 yard games all season. Hey, you need a 100 plus yard day for your RB, just play the jets.
A pure microcosm of the season. Every chance to win and put a team away and the Jets throw it away.
1-8 and what's scary is that they could be 7-2. |
surprised you had a mama. Thought by your postings that maybe a band of wolves raised you. |
Hey Eric, don't try to match my record!
I wasnt concentrating at the end of the game because i was too busy thinking about how i could catch the patriots cheating against the colts. If you cant beat 'em show the world how they cheat

The headline says "The Redskins scored 23 unanswered points against the Jets to spoil Kellen Clemens' first game as the Jets starting QB."
This is not true. For the Redskins to score 23 unanswered points, the Jets would need to have been winning 20-0, which definitely was not the case. |
It's all the fault of global warming! The receivers are seeing too much sunlight in their eyes and there's too much heat stress on the defense.
Payback by Mother Nature as we all know that "jets" leave the heaviest carbon footprint. This team will never win until they change the name and hire Al Gore as either GM or coach. |

The Jets are up 17-3 with less than 6 minutes to go in the 1st half. Incomplete Redskin pass makes it 4th and 8th from the 22 and a 40 yard field goal attempt, which all NFL kickers make consistently nowadays. However, there is a holding penalty against the Skins. To accept the penalty pushes the Skins back to 3rd and 18, and possibly out of easy field goal range.
But no, our scared coaches decide to give the Skins an easy 3 points. What does that say about confidence in your schemes if you're afraid of making your opponent do 3rd and 18 outside of field range!!!??? So of course, the Redskins take the points gladly, seize the momentum with the following onside kick, and we all know the rest. The Jets' biggest problem right now is the coaching - who's genuine and who's the imposters? The ones that showed daring, initiative, innovation, and imposition of will last year, or the predictable, scared, insecure ones this year? That, more than anything else explains why this year's team is 1-8 and still sinking. |

So who's genuine and who's the imposter? The Mangenius of 2006 or the Manginess of 2007?
