Is it me or did our Fins look slow today?

Well, where to begin? Our receivers drop way to many passes, nice drop by our new tight end by the way and our defense was like a sieve at the end of the game.

About what I expected. Not much.
Looks the same as ever though. Weird. The usual easy passes dropped. Running game not too great. Defense allows an answering score etc. etc.
Of course Welker had a touchdown. I still think it was bad to let him go.

I'm encouraged by how much we competed today. However, totally disappointed with how many dropped passes we had, and I thought our offensive play calling was more vanilla compared to what we saw in the pre-season. Also, I'm very worried about this defense. Sure, we held them to just over 10 points throughout the game, but when it mattered most, they looked old, they looked tired, and they just couldn't get it done. The game is 60 minutes, boys.

Can we forget about who's not on the team???? Welker does have Tom Brady throwing to him, I think that makes a big difference, don't you?

I think its time to play Ted Ginn at either the #1 or #2 wide reciever slots. If the wr's are gonna play like this, I would rather have ted ginn getting valuable experience for next year. Joey porter played good. wish the qb's would have dumped off more to the running backs. I said this was a rebuilding year. If miami continues to play like this, they'll be lucky to go 6 and 10.
