First-round exit against Eagles depresses Giants

As a Jets fan, and putting yesterdays effort aside, I think that the Giants did a remarkable job this year considering the lost of two of their top pass rushers and well as their top receiver. Despite yesterdays questionable playcalling, the coaching staff deserves an immense amount of credit getting the most out of team. Cheer up Giants fans since you have the foundation for a great team next year. I wish we could say the same!

Nobody should be "shocked" by what happened yesterday!! The Giants sorely missed Plax and Osi during not just that game, but the last 5 as well. I think the offseason will be interesting to say the least, but a good one at the same time. They should be right back in the picture in '09!

I knew we were in trouble when: In the 1st half with 1:40 left @ the eagles 30 , when instead of taking time off the clock and running the ball, we opt for scoring plays. We settled for a field goal, and with over a minute left of course, Mcnabb marches the eagles downfield and they score a field goal. You call that ball control?? I for one will be rooting for the eagles. Sheesh what a time for Eli to revert back to 2006.

Well we found out a few things
1. Hixon should stay @ special teams
2. We sorely miss Osi
3. Eli woke up and thought it was 2006 all over again

4. We need a breakaway reciever like the one with the Texans.
