Bring Back: Nnamdi Asomugha, Shane Lechler, Jake Grove, Jon Alston, Justin Miller, Rashad Baker and Chris Johnson for sure. Aso and Lechler are the best at their respective positions, but I really think Lechler is more interested in a change of scenery than money. Grove is finally coming along with Robert Gallery as the anchors of the OL as they were expected to be when drafted. Miller became a major factor on special teams and should by far be held onto. Alston, Baker, and Johnson all made their marks in the second half of the season. Alston made a good mark at the SLB position and showed that he is more than just a special teams player. Johnson and Baker shared the INT lead for the team with 3 and they all came after Deangelo Hall's departure and Michael Huff's benching. Hiram Eugene rotated at FS with Baker after Huff's benching, but failed to grab an INT. Huff is at best a good special teams tackler, but not good at his position.

Ricky Brown and Isaiah Ekejiuba have been excellent special teams players over the years but we need back up LBs that can step in and play LB like Alston did. Brown started the season as the starting SLB but wasn't near as impressive as Alston. Ekejiuba, like Huff, is at best a good special teams tackler but not good at his position.

Cooper Carlisle is really slowing down and if Paul McQuistain is back healthy next year, then he will push for a starting job. Drew Carter never made a Raider debut after getting injured in training camp, but willing to come back for another season. Maybe he'll do better than Walker and Lelie.

Rest of the guys are no big loss...they can be replaced with draft picks or other cheap FAs.
